Warranty Policy

All products sold by Dealt are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Valid Warranty Claim:

    • If the issue is verified and approved by our Quality Control team, the repair or replacement will be free of charge.

  • Invalid Warranty Claim:

    • If the product issue is not covered under warranty (e.g., damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs), and the customer still wants it repaired:

      • The customer must pay the repair cost + shipping charges.

      • The process will begin only after payment is received.


Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
