Warranty Policy
All products sold by Dealt are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
Valid Warranty Claims
If the issue is verified and approved by our Quality Control team, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Invalid Warranty Claims
If the issue is not covered under warranty (e.g., damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs), and the customer still wishes to proceed with the repair:
- The customer will be responsible for the repair cost + shipping charges
- The repair process will begin only after full payment is received
Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Shipping typically takes 5–7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
